Magazine Objectives:
“Food Processing & Production” magazine is a quarterly scientific forum published by the Islamic Azad University–Science & Research Ayatollah Amoli branch. The major objective of this magazine is to make accessible to all researchers, students, experts, owners of the food industry and also legislatures involved in issuing bills related to the Science and food industry, the very latest findings, developments and achievements in the field of food processing and production. The publication of “Food Processing & production” magazine hope to achieve the following goals:
    Improvements in the quality of produced food
    Optimization in the methods of food processing in order to reduce waste and increase productivity
    Developing new methods in food processing and food production
    Production of new food material
    Industrial production of traditional dishes
    Utilization of non-thermal methods in food processing
    Utilization of bio friendly methods in production and packaging of food material
    Development of contemporary food products and presenting technical, engineering solutions in food industry

Besides the above objectives, the magazine will further:
A.    Assist to increase public knowledge in the scientific field of food industry
B.    Create the medium to publish related articles all corners of the country
C.    Help identifying the scientists in the field of food industry and assist in publishing  their related articles
